MailChimp Multilingual

• A sign-up on a translated page goes to the thank-you page in the form's language.
• A [mc4wp_form] shortcode without a form id shows the translated default form on translated pages.
• Saving a Mailchimp form keeps the stylesheets of the forms in every language.
• Mailchimp forms rendered through AJAX, for example by page builders, show the translated form.
• The form's language is sent to Mailchimp as the subscriber's language.

• (internal) ci: Mailchimp and Ninja Forms install their vendor-bin tools from the committed locks on composer install; wpcs refuses a post-install-cmd that runs composer bin update.

Sign-up forms

• Fixed the sign-up form shown by an unconfigured Mailchimp widget, which ignored the page's language on Mailchimp for WordPress 4.13.1 and later.
• Fixed a PHP 8.4 deprecation notice in the Mailchimp form editor redirect.
