A supporter decides, and only in three cases: a charge on a duplicate account, an unused renewal you did not notice, or a defect our team confirmed.
When will I receive my refund?
We process refunds immediately. You'll see the refund within a few business days, depending on your bank.
How will I receive my refund?
We refund orders in EUR. If your payment method uses another currency, the amount might not match exactly, because of exchange-rate fluctuations and the rate your card provider applies.
